    First of all,please make sure to email us the file and document you are use here so that we can do some preparations for your lectures.
    Secondly,we want to inform you about the arrangements about your lectures and the like.Your are going to make 3 lectures which are arranged at 8:30 to 10:30,from May 15 to May 17 respectively.After the lecture,you will be showed around the campus and the teaching environment of our university on each afternoon.
    On May 18th,you can make a tourism of DaLian.You can travel on your own,or we can send a centain teacher to accompany you.It is you that can make the decision.Afterwards,please tell me your decision.And we are booking a double room with bathroom for you in the university hotel where you can also have the meals on the firt floor.
    In addition,please write me a letter about your airline number and the arrival time.We'll pick you up at the airport.
    We are looking forwards to seeing you in person.Besides please write to me as long as you've got some requestion.

Dear Sir,
    First of all,please accept my sincere appreciation for you inviting to host and academic meeting.However owing to the violent typhoon and storm coming on May 12,all the airline in DL are going to be cancelled.In addition,I've got 4 lectures on May 11 at our university,so time is not permitted to take a train.
